NeetoKB allows you to track feedback. Monitoring feedback in your knowledge base is crucial for understanding user experiences, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously enhancing the quality of your content. By analyzing feedback, you can collect valuable insights and make informed decisions to better assist your users. Follow the steps below for better clarity.
Login to your knowledge base.
Click on the Report icon in the navigation panel.
The feedback reports will appear in the bottom left corner of the KB reports page, along with the Most Helpful and Not Helpful tabs.
Click on 'Most Helpful.' This will show the article names along with the number of users who found them helpful.
Click on 'Not Helpful,' and it will show a list of article names along with the number of users who found them unhelpful.
Click the Date Range dropdown and choose a date range; it will generate the report for the chosen date range.
