Publishing an article

Publishing an article in your knowledge base makes it accessible to your users, allowing them to benefit from the information and guidance provided. Follow the steps below for better clarity.

1. Open the editor for the selected article.

2. Click on the Publish button.

3. Add notes for your article (This is optional field, you can skip this if you do not want to add notes).

4. Click on Publish.
