NeetoKB enables you to create and manage categories within the knowledge base, allowing you to add multiple articles to those categories. Categories help organize articles in the knowledge base into logical groups. By establishing categories, you can make it easier to find relevant articles and improve the overall usability of the knowledge base. Follow the steps below for better clarity.
Go to Admin Panel
Click on Categories.
Click on the +.
Enter the category name and select the Parent category (optional).
Click on Save Changes.
