Changing category of article

NeetoKB enables you to change the category of your article. Sometimes, moving an article from one category to another within your knowledge base is necessary. This can occur when a topic fits better in a different category or when categories are being reorganized. There are two ways to change the category of an article:

Through the Articles page

1. Click on the Articles tab from the left panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

2. Select the checkbox for the article you want to move to a different category.

3. Click on the Take Action dropdown.

4. Click on Change Category and select the new category to which you want to move the article.

5. Click on the Continue button.

Through the Admin Panel

1. Go to Admin Panel

2. Click on Manage categories

3. Select the category of the article you wish to move to a different category.

4. Select the checkbox of the article that you want to move to a different category.

5. Click on Move to dropdown.

6. Choose the new category to which you want to relocate the article.
