Secure KB for allowed emails

This feature is useful for restricting access to the Knowledge Base site to specific email addresses. When enabled, visitors can log in using Google or enter their email address to receive a verification code. Logged-in admins will not see the authentication screen.

Secure KB for allowed emails

  1. Go to Admin Panel.

  2. Click on Security.

  3. Select the 'Secure KB' option by enabling the radio button for emails containing specific keywords.

  4. Include the keywords that visitors must have in their email address. For example, @example.com will limit access to visitors with the domain @example.com in their email.

  5. Click on Save Changes.
