Enable social media sharing

Now, share your knowledge base across different social media platforms. Once enabled, the standard article-sharing options include LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). To incorporate Facebook, you must set it up by configuring the facebook_app_id. Follow the steps below for better clarity.

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Social Sharing.

3. Click on the toggle button and enable Share on social media.

4. Add the Facebook app ID to include the Share on Facebook (Optional).

5. Click on Save Changes.
