Track Knowledge Base visits

Tracking visits to your knowledge base articles offers valuable insights into user engagement and content popularity, while also helping you pinpoint areas for improvement. By monitoring article views, you can assess the effectiveness of your knowledge base and make data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience. Follow the steps below for better clarity.

  1. Login to your knowledge base.

  2. Select the Report icon in the navigation panel.

  3. The knowledge base visits graph will be displayed on the top left corner of the KB reports page.

  4. Hover the mouse over the graph to display the date and number of page visits.

  5. Click on the Date Range dropdown and select a date range; this will display the number of page visits for the chosen range.
