Organizing articles into categories is crucial in a knowledge base for easy navigation and an enhanced user experience. Rearranging articles within categories enables you to present information logically and user-friendly. Follow the steps below for better clarity.
Go to Admin Panel
Click on Manage Categories.
Choose the specific category for reordering the articles.
Click the Reorder button on the Manage Articles page.
You should now see a list of articles in the category. Find the article you wish to move.
Click and hold the article, then drag it to its new position in the list.
Click on Save Changes.
