To manage access to your Knowledge Base,
Go to Admin Panel
Click on General

Click on Security
You will find the following options:
Public, anyone can access
This is the default setting, which keeps your Knowledge Base publicly accessible to all.Secure with password
When enabled, this option requires users to enter a password to access the Knowledge Base, providing a layer of basic authentication.Secure with invited email-only access.
When enabled, this option requires you to enter your email and send invitations to those emails to access your knowledge base.Secure by allowing emails with specific keywords
When you add a keyword likespinkart.com
, only users with that domain in their email can log in, offering login with Google or One-Time Password (OTP).Private, logged-in members only
This option restricts access to the NeetoKB admin panel. The public Knowledge Base will only be accessible if the user is logged into the admin panel.
