Make Knowledge Base available to specific users

NeetoKB allows you to customize your Knowledge Base for a specific audience, ensuring it stays private while remaining accessible to the intended users.

To manage access to your Knowledge Base,

  1. Go to Admin Panel

  2. Click on General

  3. Click on Security


    You will find the following options:

  • Publicly available. Anyone can access:
    This is the default setting, which keeps your Knowledge Base publicly accessible to all.

  • Password protected.Person needs to know the password to access Knowledge Base:
    When enabled, this option requires users to enter a password to access the Knowledge Base, providing a layer of basic authentication.

  • Only the invited people can access:

    When enabled, this option requires you to enter your email and send invitations to those emails to access your knowledge base.

  • Only the people with email having certain keywords can access:
    When you add a keyword like spinkart.com, only users with that domain in their email can log in, offering login with Google or One-Time Password (OTP).

  • Only team members can access:
    This option restricts access to the NeetoKB admin panel. The public Knowledge Base will only be accessible if the user is logged into the admin panel.
