IP Restriction

The IP restriction feature of NeetoKB lets you limit access to your KB articles based on the IP addresses of your website's visitors. This means you can only permit specific IP addresses or ranges to access your knowledge base, enhancing security and restricting access to authorized users.

Enable IP restriction

1. Click on Admin Panel

2. Click on IP Restriction.

3. Click the Enable IP Restriction toggle to turn it on, and your current IP address will be shown. Keep in mind that your current IP will be automatically added to the allowed IP range.

4. You can add multiple IP addresses by clicking on Allowed IP Range.
