Sometimes, you may need to return to a previous version of an article in your knowledge base for various reasons, such as accidental changes, content errors, or reversing recent edits. This feature will assist you in restoring the earlier version of the article. Follow the steps below for better clarity.
Open the article editor for the version you wish to revert to.
Click the ellipses in the upper-right corner of the editor.
Select "View Version History."
Check the timestamps on the versions, identify them, and select the version you wish to restore.
Click on Revert to this Version.
