Track Top Contributors

This feature will help you in tracking top contributors of the knowledge base.

Tracking and recognizing the contributions of individuals who actively contribute to your knowledge base can foster a sense of community and encourage continued engagement.

Here's a guide on how to track the top contributors in your knowledge base:

1. Login to your knowledge base.

2. Look for Reports icon in navigation pane and click on it.

3. Top Contributors report will be displayed on bottom right corner of the KB reports page.

4. It will display contributor name with the number of articles in which he contributed.

5. Click on Date Range dropdown and select any date range, it will display the contributor name with the number of articles in which he contributed. for the selected date range.
