Bulk operations on articles

Carrying out bulk operations on articles in your knowledge base can save time and enhance your content management process. Bulk operations enable you to update the status of multiple articles at once, such as by publishing or drafting them.

Tasks that can be performed in bulk

Delete

  1. Click on the Articles tab from the left panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Click on the checkboxes for the articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Select the Take Action drop-down menu.

Change category

  1. Click on the Articles tab from the left panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Click on the checkboxes for the articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Select the Take Action dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Change Category.

  5. Select the category you want to move the articles to.

  6. Click on Save.

Change status

  1. Select the Articles tab from the left panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Select the checkboxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  4. Select the Take Action drop-down menu.

  5. Select Change Status.

  6. Choose Draft or Publish.

  7. Click on Continue.

Archive/ Unarchive

  1. Select the Articles tab from the left panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Select the checkboxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  4. Select the take Action drop-down menu.

  5. Select Archive to archive an article, and Unarchive to remove it from the archived state.

  6. Click on Continue.
