NeetoKB allows you to track feedback. Tracking feedback in your knowledge base is essential for understanding user experiences, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously enhancing the quality of your content. By monitoring feedback, you can gather valuable insights and make informed decisions to better support your users.
Here's a guide on how to track feedback effectively in your knowledge base:
Login to your knowledge base.
Look for the Reports icon in the navigation pane and click on it.
The feedback reports will be displayed in the bottom left corner of the KB reports page, with the Most Helpful and Not Helpful tabs.
Click on Most Helpful. It will display the article names along with the number of users who found it helpful.
Click on Not Helpful, and it will display article names with number of users found it not helpful.
Click on Date Range dropdown and select any date range, it will display the report for the selected date range.
