Tracking the visits of your knowledge base articles provides valuable insights into user engagement, content popularity, and helps you identify areas for improvement. By monitoring article views, you can gauge the effectiveness of your knowledge base and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience.
Here's a guide on how to track knowledge base visits:
Login to your knowledge base.
Look for Reports icon in navigation pane and click on it.
Knowledge base visits graph will be displayed on top left corner of the KB reports page.
Place the mouse over the graph, It will display date and number of page visits.
Click on Date Range dropdown and select any date range, it will display the number of page visits for the selected date range.
