Adding Header or Footer in an article

You can utilize the header and footer feature in NeetoKB to redirect readers to external webpages, facilitate login processes, launch chat widgets, or enable ticket form submissions directly from the article. Enable your required action by including a link or button in header or footer section of the article.

Here's a guide on how to add header or footer to your knowledge base article:

  1. Go to Settings -> Navigation.

  2. Click Add new link in Header section or Footer section as you per your use case.
